Neighbourhood of Turtle Tail is bounded on the north by Juba Salina and on the south by the ocean. It is a 3.5 mile peninsula on the south central shore of Providenciales.
Turtle Tail is becoming very popular for the building of luxury
homes. This neighborhood has constant cooling breezes and dramatic view of the
Caicos banks with lot elevations up to 100 feet.
Flamingo Lake behind the IGA on the way to Turtle Tail is popular for flamingo
watching at certain times of the year and also bonefishing. There are many small
coves and secluded beaches, a very different atmosphere that the popular Grace bay
beach and because there is a single road entrance, affords privacy to the home
owners.
