Getting Around the Turks and Caicos Islands
Relaxing, dining, snorkeling, scuba diving, cycling, touring,
exploring –
everything you want to do and see in the luxurious Turks and Caicos Islands
is easily accessible.
Providenciales (affectionately called “Provo”) is the most tourist-oriented and developed of the Turks and Caicos Islands, home to most of the resorts, restaurants, hotels and activities, but the sister islands also boast many beautiful attractions that can’t be missed.
Getting around Provo can be easy:
just remember that we drive on the left side of the road! It takes a bit of getting used to, but if you’re comfortable with that and you have a valid driver’s license from home, you are encouraged to explore the islands via rental car or scooter.ON LAND:
Hailed as having some of the most extraordinary shoreline and beaches on earth, you’d be remiss if you did not take the chance to stroll along our pristine seashore. The particularly acclaimed Grace Bay Beach is 12 miles long and offers spectacular views on the sand and many of the paved roads along that same route also have sidewalks, so long strolls are not to be missed. Don’t forget your camera, bathing suit, towel and sunblock!RENTAL VEHICLES:
