Disccovery Bay is the entrance to about two miles of canals located in the centre of the island between Turtle Cove
on the north and Discovery Bay on the south. This limestone-based canal system has good quality water with depths
ranging from six feet at high tide to four feet at low tide.

This peaceful and centrally located residential area offers access to the ocean at a reasonable price. Canal lots range from
$160,000 to $190,000 when available. The higher price lots have elevation as well as water frontage.
