Bight is a residential located between Turtle Cove and Grace Bay
Beach Resort. This region hosts Beaches Resort, Coral Gardens, Turks
and Caicos Club. Also found in The Bight are West Bay Club, Wymara
and Toscana and Windsong Condo Resorts, all of which are condo resorts
now in the construction stage and for sale. Beachfront lots do well exceed $2,000,000 per acre, lots near the beach begin at $300,000 and ridge lots with north shore views are at least $200,000 when available. |
